Stop by Jamie Hollander Gourmet Foods most Saturdays from 11:00a.m. to 2p.m. and you’re in for a treat: a taste of some of our most delicious products. Don’t want to miss something? Here’s what’s coming up:
March 24: Quinoa salad. Known to the Incas as the “mother of all grains”, quinoa grains contain all the essential amino acids (making for a protein content of 18%), and good quantities of calcium, phosphorus, and iron. This grain is gluten-free and a good source of dietary fiber.
March 31: Easter Ham. Our locally-raised pork is roasted to perfection and worthy of a starring role at your Easter dinner.
April 14: Wood-oven fired pizza. Jamie’s own dough recipe, San Marzano tomatoes in the sauce, and a special blend of the best cheeses.
April 21: Chicken Marsala. Jamie’s recipe: a classic, updated.
April 28: Chips & Dips. Crispy chips made fresh in the store and some of our favorite dips. Perfect for your outdoor parties!
