In February, we’re all about fondue and the fabulous cheeses that make the best melted mix, perfect for a special Valentine’s Day or just a wintery night at home. Our Fondue Kit comes with a mixture of shredded, cave-aged gruyère and a great local cheese: Ely’s Washington Crossing (from Newtown, PA), as well as a cubed baguette and apples for dipping, and easy-to-follow instructions. You’ll just need to add your own dry white wine, and you’re all set.
