85 guests enjoyed a buffet of comfort food, with an elegant touch, at a wedding in September last year. The food was as as lovely as the setting, at the Prallsville Mill in Stockton, NJ.

Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho featuring tomatoes from Doylestown, PA. Pureed and finished with cucumber crème fraîche. Presented in a fluted shot glass.
BBQ Chicken and Sweet Corn Salad topped with lime sour crème and served on a crispy round tortilla
Smoked Salmon Canapés: diced smoked salmon, chopped capers, red onion and chives presented in a sesame basket
Shredded Braised Beef Short Ribs served on a potato latke with herb butter and a dollop of creamy horseradish
French Bread baked with Fromager d’Affinois cheese and topped with local peach-chipotle jelly
Ahi Tuna Tartare served in a sesame cone with seaweed salad and finished with wasabi crème
