Celebrating Milestones & Memories: Jamie catered this B’Nai Mitzvah for 144 guests at a private residence under a beautiful tent in New Hope, PA last year.

Cheese and Fruit Display: a selection of five domestic and imported cheeses with fresh seasonal fruits, dried fruit, assorted nuts and fresh artisan breads
Jamie Hollander Gourmet Chips Display: crispy fried gaufrette potato chips, flour tortilla chips, whole wheat tortilla chips served with an assortment of dips, hummus, guacamole, and salsa

Braised beef short rib on a potato latke: shredded braised beef short ribs on a crispy potato cake served with herb butter and shallot aioli
Watermelon carpaccio with crumbled feta, jalapeno and cucumber
Coconut crusted chicken satay with a red chile peanut sauce
Roasted beef tenderloin on toasted crostini with horseradish mayonnaise, caramelized red onions, and oven-dried tomatoes.
Sun-dried tomato and silver goat cheese crostini with balsamic reduction
Smoked salmon canapés served with horseradish sour cream, red onions, capers, and chives
Ahi tuna tartare served in a sesame cone with seaweed salad and finished with wasabi crème

Breaded chicken fingers and french fries: a favorite, featuring pommes frites with BBQ sauce, ketchup, and honey mustard
